Delivery Delivery shall be the responsibility of Swe-Check and a delivery fee will be charged. Any discrepancies in deliveries must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Terms of Payment Approved account holders are entitled to a 30 day credit period from the invoice date. Non-account holders must arrange payment by one of the listed payment options prior to delivery. Accounts will be closed if not used within a 12 month period. Credit application is available upon request or alternatively can be downloaded. Delivery of a cheque or negotiable instrument shall not constitute payment unless and until such instrument is honoured by the payers bank. Ownership of the goods does not pass until such time as the goods are paid in full. Payment Options (Australian orders only) - Cash - Cheque - EFTPOS - Credit Card (Mastercard, AMEX & Visa) - Electronic Fund Transfer or Bank Deposit - Money Order Return of Goods Before returning goods, please contact Swe-Check for an ‘Approved Returns’ form. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are; - returned in the same condition as delivered. - accompanied by an ‘Approved Returns’ form. - received by us within 14 days from invoice date. Indent (non-stock) items will not be accepted for return (unless proven to be faulty). A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returns not covered by the Australian Fair Trading Act & Trade Practices Act. Force Majeure Swe-Check will not be liable for any failure to deliver or any delay in delivery due to any cause beyond its control including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, labour disputes, inability to obtain material or government actions. In the event of any such delay the date of delivery will be extended by a period equal to the time lost by reason of such delay. Pricing All prices are expressed in Australian Dollars and are subject to change with out prior notice. No responsibility is accepted for any error or omission. Warranty The only warranty applicable to the goods is any written warranty included in the quotation. Swe-Check shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, negligence or otherwise by Swe-Check, its servants or associated entities. Breach Any one of the following acts by the customer shall constitute a breach of the customer’s obligations hereunder - failure to make payment for the goods when payment is due. - failure to accept delivery of goods supplied as per customer’s order. - return of goods without consent - any other act by the customer in violation of any of the provisions hereof. In the event of a breach by the customer, Swe-Check may terminate the customer’s order or any part thereof without any liability costs, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees incurred by Swe-Check in any effort to collect payment owing or otherwise enforce rights hereunder. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions The customer accepts the above terms and conditions by failing to object to such terms and conditions within 14 days of notification of said terms and conditions. Goods & Services Tax (GST) Prices in this publication do NOT include GST where applicable, by Australian Government Law currently 10%. Only exports are exempt from GST. Exchange Rate Variation Any variation to the AUS$ exchange rate between the tender date and the actual supply / invoice date will be passed onto the customer. Order Cancellation or Variation Orders may NOT be cancelled within 60 days of their scheduled delivery. Minimum Invoice Value Minimum invoice value is AUD$30.00 (domestic orders), NOT including GST or freight costs. Minimum invoice value is AUD$50.00 (international orders), NOT including freight or bank eft fees. |
